The COVID-19 Crisis and this company

I remain available to help you with your animal’s behavioral needs as you deal with them during the shut-down and its after effects. As such, it has become  necessary to make some adjustments in the manner in which I conduct business during this time.

I  AM STILL ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. You will be able to work through this process using Zoom or FaceTime. Please feel free to contact me via telephone at 717-858-0806 in order to set up an appointment and get started!

Currently, I am seeing a very LIMITED number of appointments in-person. Each case will be evaluated individually for the need of in-person visits. Those which have need to be seen in-person will be prioritized. Therefore, it is requested that if at all possible you a schedule a virtual appointment.

I will maintain a waiting list for in-person services. While some cases will require me to be in-person, some will not. If you indicate a preference for in-person services and there are no slots available, you will be put on the waiting list for first available time. If you are at the top of that list, you must have all materials submitted. When an opening becomes available, you will be contacted. If you do not take the slot you are offered, you will return to the bottom of the waiting list OR will have to continue virtually.

Virtual appointments will be provided via Zoom or FaceTime (you will be asked for your preference). All follow up calls remain via telephone.
